***Please note: Due to our business being based in a regional location, and to streamline our delivery process, all orders (excluding pre-sale items) will be shipped on the Monday of each week (if your order contains refrigerated goods, express post will automatically apply). We CANNOT guarantee NEXT BUSINESS DAY DELIVERIES.
Shipping costs
Your shipping cost may vary depending on what you purchase and where it needs to be delivered. This will be shown at check out. Items that are inclusive of delivery costs will be advertised in the product or collection description.Â
We price the delivery based on the size, weight & dimensions of your order. Typically, larger item(s) will increase the delivery fee.
Split deliveries, multiple consignments.
If you have ordered multiple items, it may be necessary to source and supply the item direct from our distributors. If this is the case, your order may arrive in multiple parcels at different times by more than one courier company. No additional shipping costs will be charged.
Delivery time
The majority of our deliveries are made by Australia Post.Â
Delivery delays may be experienced at times, especially during the silly season. Should this occur, we ask that you refer to the Australia Post Tracking tool to receive updates on your delivery. A tracking number will always be provided to you.
Express Post remains Australia Post’s fastest postal service.

From time to time, we may use an alternate courier company based on your location and or the size of the order. Our couriers deliver weekdays only. If you need your order quicker, please contact us via email to discuss, prior to placing your order.
Express shipping

Express shipping is available only in certain areas and for certain orders; your order eligibility will be confirmed at checkout.
We will endeavour to meet stated timeframes for delivery, however during busy periods, our shipping service providers may suffer delays beyond our control.
Timeframes only apply to business days.
Offer excludes gift cards.
Reasons for order delays
·        Incorrect address has been entered against the order.
·        Public Holidays
·        Extreme Weather Events
·        Incorrect Credit Card information was entered against the order. Please double check all details when you place your order. You will only be charged once your details have been validated by our payment gateway.
·        Personal details may need to be confirmed for fraud prevention if we are unable to verify the shipping destination. Sometimes we will require personal detail verification before dispatching orders to protect the card holder, and this may delay shipping.
Track my order
Once you have your Australia Post tracking number, or courier consignment number, you can track your parcel via their website/app, unless otherwise advised.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking information. If you do not receive this email and would like to obtain your tracking information, please email our team at: saycheese@mouseandmeco.au with your order reference or surname in the subject line.
International delivery
Should you wish to place an order for international delivery, outside of Australia, please contact us at saycheese@mouseandmeco.au, and we will provide you with available options.
